We micro batch roast coffee beans to develop sought after taste profiles and can create custom roasts just for you

The sun not only powers the coffee bean's development but also our cafe. By using smart solar generation and distribution technologies, we save costs and pass them on to you.

From reverse osmosis water filtration (high quality water!) to photovoltaic energy generation (sun powered!) to fiber optic/WiFi 6E networking (fast Internet!), we use tech to give you the best cafe experience at the lowest cost

In our industrialized economy, hand crafted approaches passed down generations are becoming a lost art. We work with family businesses that preserve these approaches to create a high quality, authentic experience
