Looks Like We Are Under Construction.
Looks like we are under construction? Yes we are. Construction begins July 2024. The front and side were altered to get acceptance to the Historical registry.
1) We will be making the outside look as close to original as we can when this building was built for JC Penney. This means windows will be put back into the second floor.
2) We will be fixing the roof. Since this roof originally had a Gypsum roof decking, we will be replacing that with a steel decking re-insulating, putting a brand new membrane on the roof, and the most exciting part will be solar panels. We will start generating some of our own power.
We ask that you bear with us and our teants as we complete this process this year.
